En pleno verano y buscando ideas nutritivas y refrescantes, aqui van algunas recetas de smoothies. 

1-Smoothie de fresa:

El smoothie de fresas puede que sea el mas famoso por su sabor y por poder mezclarse con otras frutas.Un truco , este smoothie estará mejor si usamos fresas frescas a usarlas congeladas.

INGREDIENTES:

6 Fresones o 10 freas de tamaño normal.

1/2 taza de tu yogurt favorito.

1/2 taza de helado de vainilla o fresa, a tú gusto.

1/2 taza de leche entera.

Realización:

Junta la leche con las fresas, peviamente cortadas en un recipiente. Cuando esten integradas, añade el helado y el yogurt. Bate hasta que tenga la textura deseada.

1-Strawberry smoothie:

Strawberry smoothie recipes are probably the most favorite ones because of their tasty flavor and ability to mix with other fruits. A strawberry smoothie recipe will taste best if you use fresh strawberries instead of frozen ones.

Ingredients:

6 large strawberries

1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt

1/2 cup of vanilla or strawberry ice cream

1/2 cup of whole milk

Directions:

First Blend strawberries and milk together until straberries are well blended,  add ice cream and yogurt and whip for just a little bit so smoothie remians thick.

2-Smoothie de piña y bayas:

INGREDIENTES:

1 taza de zumo de naranja

1/4 taza de zumo de piña

2 anillos de piña

6 fresas frescas

12-15 frambuesas heladas

8-10 moras heladas

12-15 arándanos helados

1 yogurt, al gusto

1/2 taza de helado

Realización:

Pon todos los ingredientas en un recipiente y batelos hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada.

2-Pineapple berry smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice

1/4 cup pineapple juice

2 pineapple rings

6 fresh strawberries

12-15 frozen raspberries

8-10 frozen boysenberries

12-15 frozen blueberries

yogurt, any flavor

Ice

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender.

Blend well until smoothie consistency is reached.
